What are Plastic Button Badges?

Plastic button badges are lightweight, affordable promotional or custom badges made primarily from durable plastic components, featuring a printed design or photo on the front protected by a clear plastic layer.

They consist of a round or shaped plastic back with a safety pin attachment (pinback mechanism) on the reverse, allowing easy fastening to clothing, bags, or hats—similar to classic metal button badges but typically using injection-moulded plastic shells instead of metal for a lower cost and lighter weight.
