These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with Personalised Badges UK (trading name of UK School Badges Limited). Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Products & Customisation
All badges and products sold on this website are personalised and made to order according to your specifications. Because each item is individually manufactured, all sales are final once production begins.
3. Ordering Process
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation. If we provide a digital proof, you must approve it before production starts. Once you approve the design or we begin making your badges, the order is confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
It is your responsibility to ensure all details (names, spelling, logos, quantities, colours, etc.) are correct before approval. We cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by you in the order information.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless we have agreed credit terms in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards through secure payment providers.
5. Custom Made Items – Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
Because all products are custom-made to your exact requirements, once your design is confirmed and production has started, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
We will only accept returns or offer replacements if the product is faulty or does not match the approved design due to our manufacturing error. In such cases, you must notify us with clear photographs within 14 days of receiving the goods.
We reserve the right to inspect any returned items before issuing a replacement.
6. Delivery
We will endeavour to dispatch your order within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. However, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier or postal service, ownership and risk pass to you. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay that occurs during transit.
7. Our Liability
Our liability to you under any order is limited to the price you paid for the goods.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including (but not limited to) loss of profit, loss of business, or any losses arising from unforeseen circumstances.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control. This includes (but is not limited to) strikes, industrial action, war, fire, flood, extreme weather, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or failure of third-party suppliers.
9. Intellectual Property
By submitting any logos, images, text or designs, you confirm that you own or have permission to use them and that they do not infringe any third-party rights. You grant us a royalty-free licence to use the materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We retain all rights to our own designs, templates and manufacturing processes.
10. Complaints and Faulty Goods
If you believe your order is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be displayed on our website. Your continued use of the website or placing of orders after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
